A Place Called Maui

Look who's home every buddy. We were so excited...

I grabbed a ball and ran like the dickens.

Then I went for the bone.

Lily and I inspected the red bag. Smells like the tropics Lil.

There is a grain of sand, a tiny shell and this black wet suit top smells like fishies in the ocean.

Whats her name went on an airplane and left us at

home cause we weren't allowed to go.

Apparently only working kids could go.

Like our friend Clive who gets to go all over the place.

This land of coconuts and pineapples is called Maui.

This kid lives on the island.

Its a beautiful place with a pool bigger than ours.

Artists live there and snorkeling and diving enthusiasts.

Mom went snorkeling in this crystal clear warm water.

There were lots of beautiful colored fishies.

A beautiful rainbow, but no rain...

Mom said this is right out of a movie.

This was a day trip to the island of  Lanai.

Mom doesn't know why she is pointing. Nutty

They have great sandboxes in that land of pineapples and coconuts.

So not to bore any buddy, we will show you a few more pictures of this island tomorrow.

Adventures of a Beach Walk

Good Day Friends / amis de bonne journée,

We went on a beach walk today. It was the highlight of our day. Never...never...cross the street until momma says okay. Look at our shadows. Do we really look like bunny rabbits? It was such a beautiful day. Warm in the sun and cool in the shade. Lily decided to do a Madonna and strike a pose.

 I have to admit my Lily looked awfully cute standing in the sand. Mom said the water reminded her of the island where there are hula girls and pineapples since it was so blue. Is that a sea turtle? We thought for sure momma needed to get out of the bright sun.  As far as we know those turtles live on that island and not in California.

Lily I think momma needs a drink of water. Not me! Oh my word! What is this thing. I'm not gonna look at it. Where is my bowl? This thing is to weird. The water shoots out. Crazy stuff at this beach.

 Lily, I am convinced momma needs to get out of the sun. She is overheating. She sees a turtle and then puts me by this water thing.  Come here mom, stand here and press the button.  A shower will help you not to see turtles and cool off. She didn't listen. Did you hear something Benny? Gosh that noise frightened me. I nearly peed my pants.  Whew...

Well my friends, we finally convinced mom to get out of the sun. We drove home safely. Have a great day!

Quiet Tuesday thru Sunday

Yep...we're sad....momma went to the island with pineapples and hula girls. Our only hopes is presents. See ya in a bit...The good thing, we are with Annie and her family...hmmmm...they spoil us!!!!

Vacation / Vacances

Hi Friends,
mom sat Lily and I down today. She wanted to tell us something. Starting on Monday we will be staying in Los Angeles with our friend Annie and her family for 6 days! Six is more than us, we're just 2 years old. We are pretty sure that is a long time. Mom said we will have lots of fun with Annie and her family. Walks, treats, playing, running in the yard and maybe a car ride. They love to hold us and hug us at Annie's house. Mom continued to explain how she will be on vacation. It's called Hawaii. She said its an island with pineapples and pretty flowers. I told her we have pretty flowers here. Mom said an airplane is not a place for us. Well anyway, we wanted to let you in on our upcoming plans. Once Lily takes notice of the suitcase..she will be sad or a little diablo/ petit démon. Guaranteed…
