My ER Visit

On Labor Day I was in the ER.
My left knee is crunchy.
I was trembling.

see, I'm weak and crooked.
I screamed in pain.
Mom shivers when I scream.
This is my chart.
Doc said I am going to have a gold plated name on a reserved parking
space soon or a wing of the hospital named after me, BOL
So we arrived at the hospital.
They took my Lily.
I waited 87 hours.
I went home without my Lily cause we didn't
know if she needed surgery on her knee.
Mom spoke to the surgeon and neurologist the next day.
Although creaky, no surgery, no pain.
Lily! Lily!
Hi mom, hi fatty
I'm better.
Going home.

Pee S.
Mom could be an ER tech by now.
You learn a lot owning Frenchies ($$$$$$$$$$$)

I have strong pain meds in case my knee goes out.
If it happens often, I will need surgery on it
(already had it on my right knee and twice on my back)

My back legs are weak, but no pain.
I ran when I got home until mom caught me.

Peace
Lily & Edward

  12. Doggie knees can go out like quarterback knees our vet told us when Timmy's knee went out. Sometimes they just heel themselves without surgery. Hope that is what happens with yours.

  24. Lily, we are so so sorry that you have the knee problems. Lady said there should be a wing at our clinic for her first dog who had a rare disease. She is sure that she paid to put at least one of his kids through university. Take care of yourself. We are sending you hugs!
