Hot As A Hot Dog

It has been so unusually hot here
I am going to scream.
I tried to get inside the fridge.
Every time it opens I lay by the cool air.
Since we live by the beach, no one has AC
I tried to look for cool under here.
Mom put icy cool on my head.
Then I finally got my own fan

    Oh, those few times a year where you guys at the beach are as HOT as we are further inland! I do feel sorry for you guys! Today at Santa Cruz it was 92!!! Crazy! Your own fan is a must Edward!! Good thinkin'!

    Golly Edward......I hope those brief whiffs of cool air from the refrigerator AND the nice cold head rags as well as your very own fan will keep you cooler - it's only 59 here this morning and Fall is falling all around us.....I wish I could send you some of our cooler weather!

    I have a mini fan like that for when I have to be in the car for my nose work events and it is hot. It works real well. Thankfully, it is nice here, not too hot or cold. Hope it cools off for you soon.
