Our Buggy Ride

Mom called me a "trooper"
and the little devil "princess."
Why?
We all walked rode 6 miles roundtrip to the harbor.
Once at the harbor we sat and had a bagel.

Look who was there. There were three Bassetts.
One is being hugged by a human so you can't see him.
Devil Lily let me rest my feets.
I had a taste of blueberry bagel.
It was a beautiful day.
I had a few snoozes before we started our walk home.
Come on mom push faster.
Can't you see I want to walk now.
I walk on my own terms.
Then I stop dead in  my tracks. BOL
What a fun day
Benny & Lily

  2. You must do things on your own terms. Other wise the humans get away with way to much.

  14. WE have three beagles that come stay with us everyday. They are so funny to watch.

Wow, I am really impressed. Was it really 6 miles, round trip. That is quite a walk for critters your size.

Thank goodness you could ride when you wanted. I don't think there is a stroller big enough for me to fit in if I get tired.

Thank goodness, I last longer than My Vickie. She would be the one in the troller before me.

Glad you had a great day

  19. We don't like our stroller so much - we'd rather walk. But we've never gone 6 miles, either ...

  36. BEnny! You remind me SO MUCH of Kolchak. When he's done walking he just lays down where ever he is. It was charming when he was a 4 lb. puppy, but I assure you, the cuteness has worn off!

In any case, it sounds like you guys had a lovely day!
