Dogs? Kids?

Friends,
We are sitting here thinking.
(Mom said that is dangerous when we think).
Are we a son and a daughter?
Mom said we are her kids.
Then she calls us furry kids.
Then I was SHOCKED!
She called us dogs.

So we were thinking, why aren’t all kids furry?
 Are there unfurry kids?
We just thought they were bald all these years.

  2. The way I figure, dogs can be kids, cats can be kids, humans can be kids. It's a very inclusive term 'cause it's all about how you FEEL about each other. :)

  4. Well, Us furry ones are mom and dads kids, and then we have the bald puppy....so I think that's how it works. If there are bald kitties (eww) there can be bald puppies, no?

  7. Yeah, we understand. We get all confused about whether those bipeds that come here are our brothers and sisters or cousins or nieces and nephews. Mom says they are her grandkids - good enough for us.

Bet all those wish kids wish they could be dogs too:)

  16. We are confused about this, too ...
Mama claims we are her babies but we get stuck staying home by ourselves - a lot! Isn't it illegal to leave babies home alone????? We think mama should quit her job and stay home with us!

  17. Pretty shocking! Our cats were our first kids but then Cocco the pig came along and he tries his hardest to dominate our attention-until our not so furry/hairy 3.5 and 1.5 year olds remind Cocco that he is not top pig!

  21. Sometimes too much analysis of the human use of language is futile. Just go with it.

  22. I find it's best just not to think too much about things. No two kids are the same. Right? :)
