Working?

Friends...
she said she was working ....
and came home smelling like this little thing...
Do you believe the nerve!!!

Mom works with kids that made VERY bad mistakes.
The females have an inmate puppy program...
They pull pups from kill shelters, train them and place them up for adoption.

  1. I can understand being upset with your mom for smelling like that cute little puppy. But that sounds like a VERY good and worthwhile program. That poor little puppy could be dead right now instead of sneaking up to snuggle your momma!

  2. Benny and Lily - be very proud of you mom for helping the kids who made bad mistakes and especially for helping them help the pups who don't have a mom like yours. I'm sure coming home to the two of you everyday makes her so happy after she's had to deal with kids with such big problems

Don't be jealous - Be proud of her!!

  3. Call it what it is... She was cheating on you. My momma has done that a few times. Don't think I let her get away with it without consequences...Momma tried to spin it that she was volunteering... aha riiiight.... like I was born yesterday... The least they could do is shower before bringing home that smell!

  8. That's so cool--I wanna hear more about that puppy program! I love stories about how therapeutic dogs and people in need can be for each other. A huge and underutilized win-win.
