  16. Ahem.... excusez-nous but.... "Welcome to our French lesson" would probably be "Bienvenue à notre leçon de français". As for very good, it is "très bien" unless you mean delicious in which case it is "très bon."

    Mommy grew up in Montreal and her dad was French Canadian. He used to call bedtime "dodo" (like the bird) so Mommy still says to us every night, "Time for dodo!" and we zip up to bed.

  30. Merci! As you might know, French was my (Lola) first language, but no one here speaks it, so I've learned English. It's good to get a little refresher in French, though. One can forget after a while.
