The other day our friend Brutus posted about the thief Carmen.
She steals door mats.
she gave me an idea.
Why does a door need a stopper?
It hits the wall and stops.
With a few tugs, they pull out easily.
No one sees the hole, cause its behind the door.
They are easy to hold and come with a chew top, unflavored.
Mom figured out it was me after four were missing.
I am purrty sure Lily tattled.
Are you mischievous?
Benny & Lily
Pee S. Momma was not happee

Did you get in a lot of trouble? Those things are cheap, so she shouldn't get too mad!
ReplyDeleteDid you get caught while you were chewing it? Or because the door didn't stop and it went through the wall?
ReplyDeleteHey great toy!
ReplyDeleteOh hey! I'm lovin' those too...but the bouncy ones, that don't come off as easily and go "Twaaaaaaaang" when you paw them! Entertainment galore :)
ReplyDeleteHugs and snaggle-tooth kisses,

Riley got up to the counter this morning and ate half a bag of wheat hot dog buns...I would say she's your mischevious friend... Also, she hid a potato this morning too.

ReplyDeleteNubbin wiggles,
Oskar
Hmm... we've never thought of pulling them out and chewing on them! Ours are spring-loaded. I do like to walk by them when things are too quiet and giving them a smack with my paw so they go "SPROOOOOIIIIINNNNNGGGGG". It's really fun.

Zim

Hey there Benny - Carmen here... I think you are super-cute. I'm so glad I could inspire you. You obviously have great taste (is it tur you are my partner for Jazzi's gift exchange ?!?!), as I too enjoy chewing in the door boinger thingys. Never knew they came off the wall, I've been contorting myself to get in a good position. Thanks for letting me know they are actually portable!!

I used to be a great thief of socks! But somehow it seems a little mundane, I think I might be up to the challenge of doorstops next!
ReplyDeleteHaha! Tres funny. Love love love the picture with the stopper in front of your nose!! :)
ReplyDelete<3 S and D
Those do make great chew toys and the little rubber part is so nommy you might want to even swallow it. Don't worry, it will show up again later.

Mango
Funny! Our friend Tego does the same thing.
ReplyDeleteWe discovered those things a long time ago. We like to leave them attached to the wall and chew the ends off. Mom keeps replacing them.
