The Great Flood

Bonjour...my friends. It's me Lily. You will not believe your eyes....
It's the Great Flood.
I screamed for Benny. The Great Flood is coming!!
I couldn't wait another minute.
I made human noises. Finally Benny responded to the scene.
You are kidding Lil. It's not the Great Flood, mom watered the plants.
I am sure everyone has had an embarrassing moment. Have you?
Have a fun filled day
Luv,
 Benny & Lily

  2. Well I suppose I could have had some embarrassing moment if I did embarrassment, but I don't. Most of them are because we Shar Pei tend to have problems with peripheral vision due to wrinkles. So, occasionally I'll find myself I'll find myself barking up the wrong tree after a squirrel or sometimes when my humans toss a ball too fast I might chase off in a different direction from the ball. But hey, as far as I'm concerned it's a breed trait and nothing to be embarrassed about. You're just watching out for everyone. It's a feature, not a bug.

Love the ears, by the way!

  4. Bahhhh! Lily, don't feel bad. I'm discovering my Puggie brother and sister are quite, ummm...challenged when it comes to inanimate objects. Did you see Stella's post about the plastic owl? BOL!

At least your mom could have done was warn you that she was going to water the plants. Thank goodness you have Benny to protect you.

    Love,
    Betty

  15. My little girl keeps us safe too. She's a very vigilant guard dog. She barks when the blinds are up and someone walks by. In fact, she even keeps me safe from plastic bags that are on the counter that weren't there before, or glasses of water that are out of place... she barks super loud and then does what I call the raccoon growl. I love her for how safe she wants us to be. :)
