String Beans?

Today on our walk we saw some beautiful things. It was 81 degrees. A pretty big number for November in Southern California.  Most importantly we learned where string beans come from.......

The string bean tree......BOL...
We saw this little rascal..

Pretty flowers and a rooster. Mom said it was a Bird of Paradise. I'll tell ya..that is not a bird.

Hope you guys learn something on your walk too

  5. Hey, we have those string-bean trees in south Florida, too! Usually we see them when they are all brown and dried up.
