Hi everybody..
We went for a walk by the beach today. First there is a big park surrounded by big houses. After walking down the paths we get to the beach. We love playing in the sand when the lifeguard is not looking. We saw a fishy out of the water. He was in a crate. Weird. Then Lily found a squished bug. Not to many squirrelys today. We did find the birds standing and the pelicans flying. They must know something about V's that we don't. They were flying in a "V" and standing in a "V." To top it all off we saw our friend Brutus' namesake. He scared the crap out of me. Lastly, we encountered a Tsunami warning sign. It's good to know we need to run if one of those waves are coming. But it seemed like the surfers liked them. Oh well.....

ReplyDeleteThe beach always has some surprises for ya don't it. I wonder why the fish was in a crate. That is just plain weird! Mom loves that concrete goldfish. It would look terrific next to her pond.

I fear that my namesake was on the beach in order to bury his head in the sand after last night's heartbreaker! At least we didn't make complete fools of ourselves like last time we played USC.... If you see Brutus again, tell him to cheer up, next week should be an easy one!

That is a big fish, I am glad it is in a cage. That Brutus would scare me too, but not our friend Brutus of course. It looks it was a fun day though.
